Perfect service, though a few employees were pretty poor. New-fashioned and compact room, it had air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The breakfast is great, I greatly enjoyed it.

Delightful accommodation, the breakfast was WONDERFUL, unbeatable location too close to the city center. The room was airy and cheap and the bathroom was clean. Everything was great, nevertheless a few employees were pretty poor.

The restaurant at Novo Hotel Rossi was fabulous for dinner, with tasty dishes. the bed was great, and the room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a safe to use. the location was perfect and excellent, being near a railroad station.

This hotel had a clean large spacious bedroom and bathroom with polite professional staff and an excellent included breakfast. To get there from the train station simply cross the square and turn left and follow the hotel signs (5 min walk). Although a 15 minute walk to all the sights in Verona you can catch a regular bus or use the free bikes provided by the hotel. Try not to stay around the train station for long as there are some very unsavoury types there day or night!!

hotel is very nice and room is very comfortable, it is very close to the train station, I calculate at most 400 meters. In the room the mattress is comfortable, with tv, frigobar, good cleaning, bathroom very well, although the bathroom could be a little more spacious, it does not present major inconveniences, moving carefully if you are a person of a bigger size to the average like me. attention at the reception of both Laura and Valeria is excellent, friendly and they inform about the activities and means of transport in the city. breakfast is excellent with a variety of cold cuts and cheeses, fruits, etc... waitresses in the kitchen are super attentive and friendly. hotel is not close to the center, it is not far either, calculate 1 km and most distant point to visit is 2. 7 km, that is.. To walk on vacation and to travel is nothing, if you do not take the bus, definitely has quality care, excellent breakfast, good room and proximity to the train station. 1000% recommended.

The room is big and so is the bed. The girls who attend are kind and try to help you as much as possible. The lady who made the room vacuumed the carpet every day. The breakfast is very rich and abundant. The hotel is relatively close to the train station.

Internet is lousy, pricing and cancellation policy is lousy. I always book hotels near the station but this one, although it is relatively close, sector you have to go through is very lonely and not very well lit even in daylight, I think it would be ideal for those who come by car since there is plenty of space to park. room has a heater/stove as well as the bathroom, they don't work. Instead, there is an air heating system, I, who am somewhat allergic, made me wake up with my throat somewhat obstructed. bathtub door system is very bad and water came out with intermittent temperature; division with the bathroom in the other room is very thin so you can hear everything the neighbor is doing.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food options and complimentary drinks. the hotel's location is fantastic, being near other attractions, the train and bus stations, and various transportation options. Additionally, it is conveniently located next to the railway.

The room was very small but with a French bed. It had a big bathroom and air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable.

The location is not good for going there by foot and it can be somewhat upsetting to reach at night. It is on a side road from the train station with the train shipping warehouse on one side and low income housing on the other one without any shop and some north-african youngster hanging out.
